The new Tourism Skills Strategy and Action Plan 2020-2023 (SSAP 2) for the Batticaloa district was launched recently at the auditorium of Batticaloa District Secretariat under the patronage of Government Agent Kalamathy Pathmarajah. Here, the first copy of the Action Plan is presented to the Government Agent. S.
